310. To whom does Baptism give these blessings?
Baptism gives these blessings to all who beleive God's saving promises. Faith does not make Baptism what it is, but it is through faith alone that we receive Baptism's blessings.
Acts 2:39 For the promise is for you and for your children and for all who are far off, everyone whom the Lord our God calls to Himself.
