237. Where should we pray?
We should pray everywhere--when we are alone, with our families, and in church.
1 Timothy 2:8 I desire then that in every place the men should pray, lifting holy hands without anger or quarreling.
Matthew 6:6 but when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.
Luke 5:16 [Jesus] would withdraw to desolate places and pray.
Acts 12:5 Peter was kept in prison, but earnest prayer for him was made to God by the church.
