C. intercession, in which we pray for others (such as Psalm 82);
D. thanksgiving, in which we express our gratitude to God for His gifts (such as Psalm 118);
E. lamentation or complaint, in which we express our sorrows to God (such as Psalm 10);
F. praise or adoration, in which we extol God's wonderful deeds and qualities (such as Psalm 136).
