A. Do we become angels when we die?
No. We will be raised from the dead as glorified human creatures.
Philippians 3:20-21 But our citizenship is in Heaven, and from it we await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body to be like His glorious body, by the power that enables Him even to subject all things to Himself.
B. Are we to look to angels for direction in our lives or pray to them?
No. We pray only to God.
Colossians 2:18 Let no one disqualify you, insisting on asceticism and worship of angels, going on in detail about visions, puffed up without reason by his sensuous mind.

C. Do I have a personal guardian angel?
Scripture does not directly answer this question, but it does speak of angels protecting God's people.
Psalm 91:9-12 Because you have made the LORD your dwelling place--the Most High, who is my refuge--no evil shall be allowed to befall you, no plague come near your tent. For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways. On their hands they will bear you up, lest you strike your foot against a stone.
Matthew 18:10 See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that in Heaven their angels always see the face of My Father who is in Heaven.
